Anchor Agency · Case studies & services · 2026
All eyes on your brand.
Five years of projects, a new identity, and a method built for the AI era.

The best way to predict the future is to invent it.
That is exactly what we have done with our clients since 2021: build, measure, start again.
Anchor at a glance
Your marketing department, not just another supplier.
Anchor Agency is a digital, creative and performance agency based in Tunisia. We bring strategy, creative and performance together in one team, with measurable targets and a report every month.
- 2021year founded
- 26case studies published on anchor.tn
- 12industries served
- 6countries reached by our campaigns
- 6disciplines under one roof
- 5steps in our method
Why we are changing
Five years on, we are changing.
Not just our logo. Our method, our management and the way we sell. Because marketing in 2026 looks nothing like marketing in 2021.
2021 → 2026
Our clients’ world changed faster than their agencies.
In 2021, Anchor Agency was born with a simple promise: “Digital Marketing Solutions”. Pages to manage, ads to launch, visuals to deliver.
Five years later, our clients are car distributors, certified manufacturers, consumer brands and schools. They no longer ask us for posts: they ask us for leads, sales and decisions.
Meanwhile, attention is won or lost in seconds, advertising has become algorithmic, and AI is everywhere: in creative work, in analysis, and in the way customers search for a brand.
Marketing is no longer about the stuff that you make, but about the stories you tell.

Our identity
From a supplier’s logotype to a symbol of direction.

Anchor Agency · Digital Marketing Solutions
Futuristic lettering and a promise of execution. It served us for five years, but it said “solutions”, not “results”.
Double-arch symbol + wordmark
Two arches, an eye, a base: a brand that says what we do, make you visible and help you grow, with our feet firmly on the ground.
Black, cream and a bold, rare orange (10% of the surface): in a market saturated with “tech” blues and purple gradients, a brand you recognise at first glance.
The symbol
One double arch, four meanings.
- AA
The A of Anchor and the A of Agency
An arch is an A without its crossbar. The two overlap: the agency and its clients move forward together.
- +20%
Growth
The orange arch rises 20% higher than the first: before Anchor, then with Anchor.
- ●
The eye, visibility
At the centre, an orange pupil: all eyes on your brand.
- —
The ground, the anchor
A strategy that holds, with both feet planted in data.
A logo derives its meaning from the quality of the thing it symbolizes, not the other way around.
In the era of AI
A rebuild in four dimensions.
- 01
Visual
A cleaner, stronger identity: symbol, colours, typefaces and usage rules, documented in a 47-page guide.
- 02
Method
A five-step method, from diagnosis to reporting, with data at every step. Nothing launches without a measurable target.
- 03
Management
Outsourced marketing direction: one lead, one team, monthly rituals, and real-time dashboards open to our clients.
- 04
Sales
We measure all the way to the sale: from click to form, from form to CRM, from CRM to showroom. Our clients judge us on leads, not likes.
AI at Anchor
AI speeds things up. Strategy stays human.
What AI does with us
- Analyses thousands of rows of ad data and spots what is changing.
- Produces more variations so we test faster, without lowering quality.
- Feeds real-time dashboards, with insights and recommendations.
- Makes our clients visible in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
What remains our craft
- Understanding a market, an end customer and a showroom salesperson.
- Choosing an idea, a name, an angle: taste cannot be automated.
- Shooting on location: in ports, factories and laboratories.
- Holding the course with our clients, for the long run.
AI won’t replace humans, but humans with AI will replace humans without AI.
Our method
Probe, anchor, create, propel, measure.
An anchor takes method to handle. Ours makes every engagement predictable, and every result easy to read.
The Anchor method
Five steps, one cycle that starts again every month.
- 1
Probe
Diagnosis, data, audiences, competitors. Every plan starts from the facts.
- 2
Anchor
Strategy, targets, budget and KPIs, agreed together.
- 3
Create
Content, shoots, identity, website: every piece serves a step in the customer journey.
- 4
Propel
Meta and Google campaigns, SEO, distribution, influence.
- 5
Measure
Reporting, optimisation, then a new cycle.
If you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it.
Measure, in real time
Our clients see their campaigns the way we do.
Every client has a META ADS space on anchor.tn: hour-by-hour results, the last 7 and 30 days, audience, creatives, comments, insights and recommendations, plus a PDF report in three languages. Private, read-only access.
- Meta data refreshed automatically
- Recommendations recalculated for the period
- PDF report in FR · EN · AR in one click

A real client dashboard, with amounts and volumes blurred.

Outsourced marketing direction
Many companies invest in marketing without direction: isolated actions, scattered budgets, results nobody measures. We step into the marketing director’s role, with the team that comes with it.
The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.
MB MotorsSuzuki Moto · Senke Motor · Tohatsu · April – July 2026
Three brands, one showroom, one marketing direction.
The brief
One distributor for city scooters, motorcycles and Japanese outboard motors. Senke had no page at all, Tohatsu’s Instagram needed relaunching, and Suzuki’s was almost dormant.
Our choices, and why
- One page, one audience, one style Riders aged 18 to 44, fishermen and boaters, a bilingual urban audience: three distinct voices.
- Two phases Awareness and content first, then performance: leads, calls, messages.
- A signature format per brand “70 years” for Tohatsu, ASMR for Senke, city life for Suzuki.

- 3brands and 6 social accounts managed
- ×2.4Tohatsu Facebook community in three months
- ×3.4visits to the Suzuki page, April → July
What we take away
Every brand needs its own voice, even under one roof.

Meta & Google Ads
We manage on cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS), tracked all the way to the CRM. A successful campaign is not judged by its likes, but by what it brings to the showroom.
Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know which half.
A hundred years later, we know which half. And we cut it.
GAC Motor TunisiaAsian Auto · EMZOOM and EMKOO SUVs · March – July 2026
Cost per lead divided by 4.7 in five months.
The brief
In a market where buying a car takes 30 to 60 days, the brand needed a steady flow of qualified enquiries for two models, at the lowest cost, while growing its community.
Our choices, and why
- Conversion first 91% of the budget on lead generation, one campaign per model, optimised for the website contact request.
- One role per platform Facebook to convert, Instagram to build reach.
- The trigger argument Financing: one lead in three comes from these creatives.

- ÷4.7cost per lead, March → July

The brief

Our choices, and why
- One argument per creative Hybrid, safety, warranty, design, comfort: every visual makes one reason to buy.
- Bottom of the funnel first A campaign optimised for website enquiries, backed by a steady organic rhythm.
- A controlled pause Let the audience rest: the best cost per lead came right after.

Our choices, and why
- A store in 72 hours A Shopify store built for the occasion, with bundles and pages ready before D-day.
- The founder’s face Her videos reached ×7.2 return on ad spend: trust sells better than the product alone.

Content is fire, social media is gasoline.
Tohatsu TunisiaMB Motors · outboard motors · May – July 2026
70 years of Japanese history, told from Tunisian ports.
The brief
Up against established competitors, Tohatsu kept a low profile. The brand needed to build trust, relaunch Instagram, carry the summer promotion and reach two audiences: fishermen and boaters.
Our choices, and why
- A story nobody was telling The parent company was celebrating 70 years of its motors, with no local voice. We made it the thread of the season, and the reason for the promotion.
- Two personas, two messages Profitability and reliability for fishermen, performance and comfort for boaters.
- Real customers Fishermen, boats and ports of the South: social proof before the spec sheet.

- ×2.4Facebook community in three months

Senke Motor TunisiaMB Motors · motorcycles and scooters · April – July 2026
A digital brand built from scratch, powered by ASMR.
The brief
Present in Tunisia for years but invisible online, facing competitors who post 30 to 60 pieces of content a month, with a prejudice to overcome: “Chinese brand”.
Our choices, and why
- The sound of unboxing The box being opened, the bike being revealed, the first start: an ASMR format that shows the real product.
- Organic first We only sponsor what already performs without ads.
- Two platforms, two audiences Facebook for the 25-to-44 buyer, Instagram for the enthusiast who recommends.

- 4 of 5top posts in ASMR format
- ≈40×more views than a standard post
- 3.3×followers gained per post versus the leader
What we take away

Creative & branding
A name, a symbol, a colour: every choice has a reason. We explain them, then document them, so the brand stands the test of time.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Misra · EMP AgriFarm equipment · Chotrana and Sfax · 2026
A name born from the way farmers speak.
The brief
The name EMP Agri spoke to engineers, not to farmers. The company needed a brand rooted in Tunisian farming culture, as robust as its machines.
Our choices, and why
- The name Misra In the farmers’ dialect, “Misra” evokes harvest season and good news.
- The furrow symbol The direct, visible mark the machines leave on the land.
- Orange and green Orange for power, the colour of the machines; green for agriculture and sustainability.

- 1new name, adopted by the company
- 4product families online
- 1brand guide, from logo to machines

A superhero identity for solar.
The brief
Solar is a major, technical purchase, and installers all look alike. Stark had to stand out at first glance, across three markets: homeowners, industry, agriculture.
Our choices, and why
- A bold signature “With great power comes great responsibility”: a lightning bolt, an electric blue, and the responsibility of energy.
- Proof on site Drone shots, behind-the-scenes installations, branded vehicles and uniforms.
- Explain before you sell An educational series on the energy transition, in French and Arabic.

- 3markets addressed, FR · AR
- 360°from vehicle to Instagram feed
