Data we collect

When you fill in a form (contact, audit, budget estimate), we collect your name, company, email, phone, message and answers. We also record the source page and campaign parameters (UTM). Your IP address is only stored in hashed form, to prevent abuse.

Purposes

To answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up commercially. Your data is never sold.

Retention

3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) to measure traffic and the performance of our campaigns. These tools set cookies as soon as you arrive. When you submit a form, your email, phone and name may be sent to Google and Meta in encrypted form (SHA-256 hashing) to link your request to our campaigns. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and object to this processing by writing to us via the Contact page.

Your rights

Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on personal data protection, you have the right to access, rectify and object. Write to us via the Contact page.
