Internship · Finance and administration
You like accurate numbers and well-kept records. For 3 to 6 months, you take part in the agency’s financial management, working closely with management.

What you will do
- Prepare and track client and supplier invoices
- Track incoming payments and payment reminders
- Keep dashboards up to date: revenue, margin per client, cash flow
- Prepare documents for the accountant and tax returns
- Help track advertising budgets committed for clients
About you
- Student or recent graduate in finance, accounting or management
- Fluent with Excel or Google Sheets
- Rigour, discretion and strong organisation
- Available for a 3- to 6-month internship at the agency office
Nice to have
- Experience with invoicing or accounting software
- An interest in marketing and agency life
