The client

MB Motors is the official Tunisian distributor of three brands with very different worlds: Suzuki Moto (urban scooters), Senke Motor (110 to 300 cc motorcycles and scooters) and Tohatsu (Japanese outboard engines from 5 to 140 hp).

The challenge

One team and one showroom for three brands, three targets and three markets. At the start, Senke had no page, Tohatsu's Instagram needed relaunching and Suzuki's was almost inactive. We had to create a distinct identity for each brand, then turn visibility into enquiries, at the sales team's pace.

The strategy

One shared marketing direction, three brand strategies.

1

One page, one target, one brand identity

Riders aged 18 to 44 for Senke, fishermen and leisure boaters aged 25 to 55 for Tohatsu, a bilingual urban audience for Suzuki.

2

Two phases

First awareness and content preparation, then performance: leads, calls and messages.

3

One signature format per brand

“70 years” storytelling and sea shoots for Tohatsu, ASMR Unboxing at the warehouse for Senke, bilingual test-and-learn for Suzuki.

4

Sales in the loop

Lead volume calibrated to the team's handling capacity, so every enquiry gets a response.

The set-up

Account creation and relaunch

Facebook pages and Instagram accounts created or reactivated, with a visual identity specific to each brand.

Meta campaigns

Awareness, video views, community, Instagram traffic, leads, then call campaigns that send enquiries straight to the showroom.

Team support

Training on Meta's lead management tool, a weekly follow-up meeting, a coordination group and organisational recommendations.

Website

A website built alongside the campaigns.

Content and shoots

Shoots in the showroom, at the warehouse, at sea and on the road.

  • MB Motors showroom shoot: presenting the 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine ranges.
  • Bizerte shoot: boats at sea, drone footage, harbour, beaches and customer testimonials on board.
  • ASMR Unboxing at the warehouse: the sound of the cardboard, the tools and the first start-up, with no music or voice-over.
  • Rider photo shoot on the Senke Raptor and Alien Monster, riding in Bizerte and beach visuals at sunset.
  • Suzuki Burgman Street 125 showroom Reel and presence at the Bizerte Motorcycle Rally 2026.

Performance and results

Each brand has its own trajectory. Together, they show that one shared marketing direction can serve three very different audiences.

Analysis and reporting

One report per brand, one summary for management.

  • Three detailed end-of-period reports (Tohatsu, Senke, Suzuki) and a consolidated engagement summary.
  • Benchmark of each brand's competitors on Meta.
  • Social listening: recurring questions, barriers and positive signals grouped by theme.
  • Sales tracking indicators proposed to the team: leads received, handled and converted.

The collaboration

We worked closely with MB Motors' management: regular check-ins, client requests built into the editorial plan (promotions, new arrivals, spare parts) and attendance at team meetings. The engagement continues with the preparation of the 2027 marketing plan for each brand.

What we take away

  1. 1

Each brand needs its own voice, even under one roof.

  2. 2

Authenticity (real customers, real warehouse, real harbours) creates identification.

  3. 3

Marketing must move at the sales team's pace.

  4. 4

Social listening is a strategy tool, not just a moderation tool.

Your brand deserves the same level of management.

In 30 minutes, we review your social media, your campaigns and your website, and tell you where to act first.
